Not-a-Diet web site goes pro bono
Author of the book “French Women Don’t Get Fat” Mireille Guiliano, or possibly her agent, used to charge a fee for online access to her tips on staying thin. However, frenchwomendontgetfat.com is now a free site, so you and I and everyone we know can access the secrets of how French women don’t get fat and don’t go hungry.
Weight loss is not mentioned anywhere on the “French Women Don’t Get Fat” homepage. Here’s what is mentioned:
- Food & Wine
- Style
- Well-Being
- Recipes
- French Finds
Not rocket science, but good stuff nonetheless
I visited “French Women Don’t Get Fat,” and I appreciate its common-sense approach to healthy eating, drinking and living.
Best of all, “French Women Don’t Get Fat” doesn’t ask you to go take out a personal loan so you can buy special diet food or pills or equipment. It just gives free tips on how to love eating and control it at the same time.
Seen in Success
Success Magazine published an article that encapsulated Guiliano’s theory on eating well and loving life, and it gave the following five tips:
- Portion control. Learn that less can be more, and discover how you can eat everything in moderation.
- Water. Increase your water intake. However much you are having, more can't hurt.
- Fool yourself. The trick is to manage and gratify your appetite, while determining how, when and what to eat to reduce it.
- Ritual eating. Eat only at the table, only sitting down. Never eat out of cartons. Eat slowly and chew properly.
- Move.
Hungry for more?
Those five tips are taken from Guiliano’s book “French Women Don’t Get Fat,” which you can purchase on Amazon for less than $9. ... click here to read the rest of the article titled "Visit 'French Women Don't Get Fat' FOR FREE"
