I love the Red Sox

I was recently able to go to a game in Seattle where they played the Mariners. It was disappointing because some of their better players weren't playing. But they are still a good team and I wasn't worried. I figured they would be safe too with Lester pitching. Boy was I wrong. Jacoby Ellsbury was fantastic. But that was it. Not much else good happened. And it didn't help that Bay was walked 3 times. But really, the downfall of the team was totally Lester. He must have been having an off day, because his pitching was terrible. But that wasn't the worse part. He had the ball hit right to him and all he had to do was throw it to first for a double play. But he stood there looking like an idiot and almost didn't get the guy on first. The inning should have been over, but instead the Mariners got 4 runs that inning and the Sox lost 5 to 4. Moral of the story: be a Jacoby Ellsbury fan.
