I have to count all of my calories all the time. I am on a two thousand calorie diet. I have to make sure I count everything that I eat. I can't have a meal at someone else's home because I don't know what they are putting into their food. I even have to count calories on such things as gum and mints. Granted it is only one or two calories for a piece of gum or a mint. I wish I didn't have to be on this strict diet. I miss being a teenager and being able to eat or drink whatever I want. It was really nice having such a fast metabolism.
